At Sanjari, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy.
As our product is a personal care and consumable item, we do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered.
All purchases are considered final.
Refunds are not provided even in case of damaged delivery. Instead, a replacement is issued.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
For prepaid orders (Razorpay), no refund will be processed once the order is successfully delivered.
For COD orders, no monetary refund applies under any circumstances.
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the prepaid amount (if applicable) will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Sanjari reserves the right to reject refund or replacement requests in cases of suspected misuse or fraudulent claims.
By placing an order, you agree to our No Refund and Return policy. This is clearly stated at checkout to protect against fraudulent chargebacks.
